VP, Development
Day-to-day operations for Provestus are led by Jason Ottman. Prior to joining Provestus, Mr. Ottman spent twenty years in real estate development and investing, working on project in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Georgia. He has extensive experience in land acquisition, entitlements, and the management architects, engineers, and general contractor.
Prior to joining Provestus, Jason co-founded a local real estate investment company and served as its Chief Investment Officer. Over five years, the firm acquired $303 million in multifamily properties and developed 200,000 of commercial real estate. His experience also includes significant ground-up development experience with Lennar Multifamily Communities (now known as Quarterra), Trammell Crow Residential, and several small local real estate development companies. Mr. Ottman began his professional career as an officer in the US Army, serving as a helicopter pilot and logistics officer.
Mr. Ottman holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy and Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License.
